Start with a business plan and go to the bank to find financial backing. Or, take your business plan to various investors and see if they will pony up the $$.

If you have the money, then you have bypassed the easiest step.

Next, you will register with the secretary of state and pay $$$ for a license, call your city and pay $$$ for a license, call your county to pay $$$ for a license, call your county health department and pay $$$ for a license, call your state tax revenue department and pay $$$ for a license, register with the IRS so you can pay $$$ for taxes (corporate, social security, personal withholding, medicare, medicade and the rest).

Buy insurance so that you will not be sued out of business (workman's comp, liability, etc).

Find a location, promote the business, make a million dollars, work 16 hours a day, hire and fire workers, watch the cash register like a hawk so you are not ripped off blind, go to the bank and borrow more money, pay off your debts and investors, and sell the business for another million dollars.

It may be easier to find an existing business and see if the fellow wants to sell.

Good luck.

Absolutely! I are living in a 24 hour the town (Las Vegas). Can't let you know how routinely we've been up at two..three..4a.m. and quite needed we might get pizza added. There is cash to be made in pizza that's added any hour of the day. OOOH...even 'breakfast' pizza's!
