20 year old fan.....probably worn out.

Use an ohm meter to test the fan motor for continuity.

Could be a fuse, bad temp sensor, bad fan felay, bad fan motor or wiring/connector problem. Check the fuse first and then for power at the fan motor, if it's getting power, the motor is bad or has a bad ground...if no power, test the relay or replace...if no power to the relay, it's probably a bad temp sensor.

are you sure it isn't working? some fans have a clutch that kicks in at a certain rpm and you might not be seeing it turn. on a vette it'sa real pain in the *** to swap it out bcuz you gotta take off a bunch or parts to get to it.
