Does this problem occur with the blower fan set at all speeds? Could be a fan issue? You should have the refridgerant checked to make sure that there is enough in the system. If the system has lost some, there may not be enough left to operate properly.

If the fan inside the car is not blowing at any speeds, it's probably a blown fuse or test motor to see if it's bad. The fan has two circuits--one for the lower 3 or 4 speeds is powered through the dash switch and goes to a fan resistor, then to the motor. If the low speeds go out one at a time, the resistor is probably shot or the fan switch. The high speed circuit goes through the switch and a fan relay and then to the motor. If the high speed doesn't work, it's probably a bad relay or the switch. The resistor is a small plastic plate held down by two screws with 3 or 4 terminals on it and 3 or 4 coils on the back side and is mounted on the a/c ductwork under the hood or dash. The relay might be under the hood by the a/c duct or under dash. Good luck, Paul

Are you saying the fan isn't working (fan for heat/cool)? you need to check the fuse in the fuse box and if the fuse is good then you could have a burnt out blower motor.
