Ranma 1/2 movie #3 is only a half-hour long and was released in the USA among the OAV collection.
You might have more luck finding it looking for it as the OAV titled "Team Ranma vs. the Legendary Phoenix".

D.Gray-man Detective Conan (Super long) Detective School Q Dragon Ball Kai (Well.... if you want to.) Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood (This is truer to the manga.) History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi Katekyo Hitman Reborn! Queen's Blade: Ruro no Senshi (Boobies!) Slam Dunk Soul Eater Trigun I'm just throwing out some animes here that I watched and liked. There might be more, but I couldn't possibly remember and some are already listed on your list. There are animes, though, that is better when the manga version is read.
