is SUNY-Binghamton famous in USA?And what about it's busness college?

What do you mean by Famous? US News ranks it at 86 -- making it a very good second tier university. It is the best of the SUNY's -- but none of New York's public universities are really as good as the flagship public universities in California, Michigan, Virginia, North Carolina or Wisconsin. Still -- it is well respected.

BusinessWeek ranks its undergraduate B-School at #76 (see the link below). Again -- this is respectable, but nothing special. On the graduate level, its MBA program is unranked. I would not advise anyone to get a full time MBA from an unranked school.
