Inherited old oil stock certificates,,,Are they of any value? PENN-TEX OIL CO. & ROTHCHILD PETROLEUM CO.?

These stocks were purchased by my grandfather between 1917=ROTHCHILD PETROLEUM and 1930=PENN-TEX.
