On How Clean Is Your House, Kim and Aggie used a few dishwasher tablets in a jet bath, along with very hot water. It was amazing how much gunk came up from the pipes.

Leave this to the professionals!!! Or you may permanently damage them and ruin your tub. You could void the warrantee if one is still in force! Call the builder or the realtor who sold you the house and see if there's a warrantee or if they know a professional who can clean it out -- I imagine the lines need blown out/cleaned. You may be under warrantee & there'll be no charge or a very small one, or if out of warranttee you'll pay a fee, but that's a lot better and cheaper than having a ruined tub that will have to be replaced !!!
And just think of the enjoyment you'll get from it once repaired !!! And you'll keep your resale value !!! Maintenance is cheaper than replacement and it wont have to be done but this once (as long as you only hire someone who knows what they are doing -- so get references !!!).

I agree with Sara C - when we had our house inspected, the inspector recommended that we put diswasher detergent in a tub full of warm water and run it for 30 minutes periodically to keep everything clean.

Well why don't u try to take it to the repair shop and they will able too fix it. Or buy and new one that could work well and clean the spa. Good luck.

Try using an old tooth brush, I use them for loads of things, they get into all the nooks and crannies.
