I works six days a week , could my routine be a reason why i am losing my hair? Is wheight lifting considered a stress factor?

Never sport could be stress factor, It is very well knwon that sport helps body, mind, and spirit,
Losing hair depend on many internal &exterial factors of and around the human body, your kind of hair is somthing to be lookafter, Good luck

Try giving yourself 2 days off. It doesnt seem like you are giving yourself enough time to heal. It is possible that you are stressing your body out because it is not getting enough time to repair itself.
