The major reason for shifting appears to be the ICC’s inability to pay the corporate taxes imposed on the cricket body by the British government. The British government has been highly rigid in its taxation policy. On account of its miserly attitude against sports bodies, during the last decade or so, rugby moved to Ireland, athletics to Monaco, table tennis to Switzerland, badminton to Malaysia and now cricket packing up its kit bags for Dubai

In my opinion the ICC has shifted its headquarters to Dubai from London because of the growing stature of Asian cricket and also because of the earning capacity in the Asian sub-continent is high when compared to other regions. It is an honour for Asian Cricket that the ICC headquarters is shifted to Dubai a neutral location in the sub-continent.

Yes, this is true. However, it is for time to tell if it can wither strong oppositions from England. As you know it used to be in Lords, London earlier. But due to tax reasons, it moved out to Dubai. This also depends on whether Sharad Pawar becomes ICC Chairman. Moreover this will also require majority endorsement from test playing countries. Time will tell if we receive support from Pakistan, Srilanka, Bangladesh and West Indies. Hopefully, South Africa also supports the move.

IT's not possible for the asians to choose the dubai as a headquarter.May be the india, austrila or shrilanka would be the better options.
In dubai the mafia and the underworld are their so the match fixing will start from the head quarters itself if it's in dubai.

Asia has been Pre-destined to be the head Quaters of the Game.
