Since sky is satellite your signal gets blocked by the clouds and storms so it doesn't work.

Problem with water getting into the phone line somewhere. Get BT to look at it. Unfortunately as soon as you say Sky Broadband they will try to pass the buck to Sky, but it will be BT who have to fix your line.

Bad weather does affect Broadband connection sometimes.It can happen to any Broadband provider.If you are having this problem consistently then try contact your ISP Internet service provider for further information good luck

Interesting scenario! Likely that there is an issue with the exchange equipment - you should report it so that it can be investigated....

Note that the broadband signal should not be affected by the weather as it is not carried over the satellite system. It's a standard landline set up.

because they are crap had nothing but bother with them. phone and check what speed you are paying for they slowed mine down to get a connection but i was still paying top price move to somone else when you have the chance
