Any bank will open a savings account for you. You can probably get a checking account too. Credit card accounts may be out of the question.

The only way you should not be able to open an account at a bank for checking or savings is if you owe another bank, this should have nothing to do with your credit (at least not where I live) the only way is if you pay the debt or file it on bankruptcy if you file. What about someone you REALLY REALLY trust? Put it in their name.
