I can stretch my shins and calves pretty well, but my inner calf, ankles and the bottoms of my feet seem prone to a few aches after I run. I strongly believe some good stretches before and after would help. Do you have any to suggest? By the way, I don't think its a shoe problem, but I will look into that just to be sure. Thanks!

You can use a strap to stretch your foot and ankles along with your lower legs. Try sitting and using a strap, belt, or towel over your foot. To massage the foot you can roll a tennis ball under your bare foot while sitting in a chair.

stand on one foot and jump side to side gets your ankles sturdy and warmed up. Just do some light jogging before any activity to warm your feet up sorry i cant think of anything else?! haha. let me know if that helped?
