A large town near Glasgow, Scotland. Its English translation and name is "Motherwell." I know that 'tobar' (pronounced "tubber") means a "well" in both Irish and Scottish Gaelic. Mathar is the Gaelic word for mother but is actually pronounced "mahr" in modern Gaelic, both Irish and Scottish.
