We have a spare vein in our thigh, it's used in heart surgeries.
(saphenous vein) Isn't that a costly investment for evolution?

Your point being? Humans have a tail bone, did you know that? humans also have an appendix, which is no longer needed. Human males have foreskin, and (as already pointed out) nipples.
The point I'm trying to make is that humans have many redundant or useless organs and body parts which we perhaps once needed and no longer do.

No. It's a spare vein in the sense that it's one we can live without, but that doesn't mean it isnt useful, or that it wasn't useful to our ancestors. We have "spare" teeth and an eyebal too. If anything I would think it would be an argument against creationism. If it were a truly superfluous, why would God put it there? Evolution provides a BETTER explanation for this-- It is a part that was useful to our ancestors, but has become less so to us in our present form. It isn't "selected against" so it remains.

You could argue that If its a blow to evolution then its also more of a blow to the alternative theory whatever its called. Creationist or Intelligent something or other. Because a spare vein doesn't show intelligence. But actually probably a blow to neither explanations of the universe.

Everytime I look at nature and the human being it is a blow to the stupidity of evolution, even a little child would not except that something just formed where there was nothing before, it`s high time that neo-pagans grew up and stop trying to force this rubbish on others.

No. Just because they can use it in heart surgeries doesn't mean the leg does not need it. It just means your circulation in your lower extremities will be disrupted. The doctors choose the lesser of the 2 evils: lose circulation to the limb or lose the life. You can also only live with just one kidney. One lobe of your brain. One leg. One arm. No hair. The list goes on for the "stuff" we don't need to survive. Our bodies are very adaptive.

no but it could be a blow to your stupidity along with how about you stop trying so hard lol. If you guys are so against evolution then why don't you just perish somewhere in or under the sun for a dramatic effect then "go home to your lord"
