this is a fraud,
If it was real, you would be charged in Canadian dollars.
I am Canadian, and i am bringing over a friend from Peru.
I am going through this right now.
Go to the Canadian embassy nearest you and just fill out the forms.
If you are approved, it will take about 2 weeks to process.
Otherwise, search on line for Canadian emabassies and you will find you can download the documents and fill them out and send them in by courier.

If it sounds too good to be true, it is. The Omni Mount Royal Hotel job offer is a well known scam. You pay the fee and you never hear from them again. Unless they believe they can get more money from you.

As the other person said, its a scam. Call the Canadian embassy and inform them of these papers. If it was legit, then they'd tell you.
