i've tried exercising 10 minutes ,3 times per day and i've lost weight...bout 1kg...now i've increased to 30 min, 1 each day but i haven't lst any weight yet.i've read somwhere that 10 min3 times per day is better than 30 mintues per day...but i understand after losin your 1st kg it would't be that easy anmore....which exerxise method should i stick to?

i don't find the 30min one too strenous...i'm fine with both...

The best way is to increase your heart rate real fast and then slowing it back down and then repeat such as running sprints. The reason why is because your body will adapt to jogging or running. Burning fat works best by asking the body to do something it is not use to. Also don't do the same thing each time you workout. One day sprints, the next jump rope. Keep doing something different. Get the heart rate up to 80%. That is the start of the fat burning. And with any weight loss, the main thing is what you eat. It is easier to watch what you eat than it is to get rid of it after you have eat.

I think whichever one fits in best with your lifestyle. If it's more conveniant for you to do 10 mins three times a day then stick with that,you also know that it produces results. Maybe you could alternate the two, like 4 days a week you do the 10 mins one and then the other three you do the 30 mins.

It is all about intensity. If you do a high intensity work out, 10 min. is plenty. I would stick with what work for you.

i reckon u should get the 10 mins, 3 times per day one cuz at least u get rest and dont push urself too hard.....^^

stick to the one that works even if it gets difficult coz if your determined to shape up it'll be easier....Good Luck.....!!!!
