Paganism is an umbrella term for hundreds, maybe thousands, of different religions...you might want to pick one and ask again.
In the form of Wicca I am a part of, adultery (defined as breaking a contractual agreement) is considered pretty low, contraception is considered a virtue for those who don't want kids, sex before a contractual agreement is fine as long as there is full consent and understanding and reconciling during a divorce is standard operating proceedure.

The Pagan view of adultery... anything to do with sex, really is simple.
Be honest and be safe.
Engaging in risky behavior is frowned upon and so is misleading and betraying others.
So, as long as nobody is being "cheated" on, no laws are being broken, no one's freewill is being infringed, you aren't spreading diseases, and you aren't producing a half dozen kids you can't afford to feed, there's no issue.
We have more important things to worry about than who's doing what with whom.
As far as reconcilliation, of course that's the ideal scenerio in a perfect world. We don't live in a perfect world. Reconcilliation isn't going to happen before a parting in any but the most idyllic of circumstances, and if it happens after, that's wonderful. Letting go, however, is the most important thing. You don't have to forgive, or forget, or be friends, but you do have to let it go.

One of the most common questions spouses ask when confronting a marriage crisis is this: How can I save my marriage if my partner doesn't want to help find a solution? How do I succeed I am trying to save my marriage on my own? Learn here https://tr.im/6e81D
It is a typical enough story: one partner leaves, the other stays. One remains 'in love', the other is uncertain. Whatever it is that has caused a couple to be apart, the one person who remains bears the prospect, fear, doubt, desire, hope of saving his or her marriage' alone.

Paganism is not a single form of worship, and there are no general rules from one group to another.
Some sects are very prudish, some are promiscuous by Christian standards. You would have to ask about specific pagan sects to get a sensible answer.

According to Matthew 5:28-28, even looking at a woman lustfully is to be considered adultery.

The only 'rule' most Pagans follow is to harm none. I believe that covers all the above.
