Have you ever been so hurt by the truth? Didn't you feel like it just hurt so bad but it felt so good because you knew that it was the truth? Did the truth hurt your heart and make it hard for you to breath? What was your reaction to the hurting truth?

it always hurts, even if you wish you never knew it...but think, would you really want things to be the way they were knowing you were lied to like a fool. You don't need that "dream" life, and it's good to found out whatever it was now, then much, much later when things are more involoved and more lies come out.

If you are averse to face truth than truth will always be painful. If you want to hear and tell truth it will always make ur mind and heart light and makes you more in control without any guilt feelings. Breathing issues with truth can be due to anxiety. If you are not too sure on why than see a doctor.

It hurts a lot though their isn't any drop of blood. But the truth feels good afterwards when you gather your thoughts .Its amazing what you learn that is never been taught .So, my reaction was completely normal and I think you should do the same .

Me finding the truth hurt me so bad, feeling good was not a feeling I could even relate to in any sense. I moved 2000 miles for woman only to find out she had been talking to some guy on-line, exchanging addresses (home addresses) & cybering after I gave her my heart & soul. I had a major panic attack, couldn't breath & I just wanted to die, I drank 22 straight shots of tequila hoping it would kill me but I guess it wasn't meant to be.

I did something, I was not supposed to, then I got caught. I lied and denied it, but when I would think about how I was confronted, it hurts me so bad becuz I was humiliated but I couldnt find a way to confess without making things much worse. Everytime I hear a word like: LIAR or Hipocrite, I feel like my name is next to it. I feel like God wont forgive me niether

Yes i know what that feels like my boryfriend was cheating on me i found out by doing a bit of investigating and when i approached him about it he denied it and called me a heap of names and made me feel like of was going crazy or something then about a month later he came clean. it hurt like hell to hear him say it but it made me feel good at the same time cause i knew i wasnt dumb etc etc
