Dear in China,
i think first the rudeness factor kind of points out how heated people can get about religion and it points to the fact that what we believe is a very important factor in who we are. The particular topic of Religion, God, etc., is a topic which has much much value.
I've been offended by some rude answers and questions but by both Christians (who have answered in an un-Christ like manner), by those claiming to be Christians (who make racist and teach theology which is not Christ-like), and by others (i really don't categorize everyone), just that i think Christians should act like Christians and they ought to be answering questions here to just share Jesus' love with other people, and not to give people the wrong picture of who Jesus really is.
Kindly,
Nickster

I have never had any dramas with an atheist, either in here or in the real world...I think the reason is that we Pagans respect what an atheist is all about , and they respect us too... As a Pagan I know that we don't try to convert people to our way of thinking..So I have never been offended by what an atheist has to say as that is their belief... Love and Light.. BB..)O(

Yes, but that's only because I am human and God is not finished with me yet ... but I pray that sooner (not later) I will have His grace to withstand any rudeness, regardless of what I may feel physically or what my circumstances are.
Offense is the devil's foothold and anyone having it (including me) will be an easy target for the devil.
Rudeness is only man's ways to portray the reality that they need more of Jesus, whether they are aware of it or not.

While I'm glad that atheists come here, and enjoy many of the posts, I don't appreciate the ones that are disrespectful to Christians or to other religions. When I see nasty questions that try to make Christians look narrow minded or poke fun at our religion, to me, it's just as bad as if I was to do that to you.

I think that sometimes things look rude to us because they hit a sore spot and that hurts. Sometimes, behind what looks at first glance offensive, there might be something worth thinking about. Everybody is awesome if they only knew it.

i get offended by atheists who make other atheists look bad, and i hate christians who say "my grandfather is not a monkey" argument against evolution. Mostly because evolution AGREES that aforementioned grandfather is NOT a monkey. Monkeys have tails, apes do not.
