Oh, Endora, good question!!!!!
I don't know whether I would want to live in a life outside that is really that hard, or whether I would want to go back to living in ignorance. At least if you live in ignorance, you have comfort.
I think that a person in that movie should have the option to return, if they really wanted to do so.
The only way I can relate this to spirituality and my religion is in terms of if the Mark of the Beast would happen in my lifetime. I'd rather starve to death than spend eternity in hell for denying God and worshipping a false beast.

I think life would of been funnier unplugged from the Matrix. It would have added more excitement to life. Plus Keanu Reeves..... yummy.
