Walking and working out is really good. I know what you mean about that Goal Dress, i'm really big into short shorts and i've pulled my out for the summer to only find out that a couple pair dont zip no more.!! i am to looking for a good diet the only one i have right now is this. I drink my 8 glasses of water a day, and it keeps me somewhat full. Have a healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also some fruits inbetween will really help. And if youre into the diet pills i'd start on Trimspa it really did it for me. and it gives me an excuse to say "TRIMSPA BABY" hehehe (rip Nicole)

Just a tip for staying out of the kitchen, try drinking green tea or herbal fruit tea (there are so many yummy flavors!) when your hungry. Then just have 1 healthy snack between breakfast and lunch and lunch and dinner such as an apple, banana, orange etc. Then make sure your meals are all healthy. I have plain low fat yogurt with strawberry's and low fat granola every morning and it really fills me up till lunch. At home keep doing your exercises, maybe step it up a little, doing housework also burns calories! Start jogging as well as walking, walk for 5 mins, then jog, then walk etc, this will increase your heart beat and help your metabolism.

Forget eating plan I consume like a horse and I best weigh 9 stone. This is what works for me: Eat mostly, if feasible each 3 hours, whilst your frame realises that it is getting a consistent deliver of meals it raises it is metabolism, burning energy faster and is way much less prone to retailer energy as fats. When consuming attempt to consume plenty of top protein meals and do not pass too difficult at the carbs. Try pass handy on trans and saturated fat despite the fact that you're allowed the unusual deal with. Drink tons of water! At least one gallon in step with day. Tea, espresso and fizzy beverages are O.K however they don' rely in the direction of your total water consumption. As for pastime I do a little mild weight coaching 4 days per week and cardiovascular (I use a rowing computing device) 2 days per week with one days relaxation. There is a typical perception that doing cardiovascular pastime on an empty belly is helping burn energy. This is absolute garbage don't do it. Weight coaching is a well notion as muscle mass burns plenty of vigor, even whilst you sleep. You do not must turn out to be Mr/Mrs universe however any fats tissue which you'll convert to muscle mass won't best make you appear larger however develop your metabolism. Getting lots of sleep could also be primary whilst seeking to construct muscle. Good Luck

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

when your hungry between meals go upstair/or to your bedroom and paint your toe nails, put on a face mask or have a long bubble bath with your fav magasines then do your hair ad put you vclothes/ pygamas back on and you'll soon find you werent actually hungry or it's time for your next meal! or in the morning cut up some celery and cucumber and shread some skinless chicken breast, and snack through the day, once you've finished the bag youu cant have anymore so make sure you split it evenly for the day
