THEY AREN'T FIXED

There's no way of knowing if the kittens will be OK. Unlikely they'll be born with any huge defects, but there may be problems there that aren't noticeable right away.

Instead of risking finding out, why not just get them both neutered? At 8 months of age they're both more than old enough to start breeding, so be a responsible pet owner and get this sorted please, for the sake of their health as well as any future kittens.

If they are both fixed then how will he 'knock her up'? I certainly don't think you should risk it anyway, it is definately not a good idea genetics wise. How would you cope with deformed or retarted kittens? No one would take them and all you could do is abandon them at a shelter or have them put down.

NOT A GOOD IDEA.

Most likely they will not be attracted to each other if given a choice (for instance if they are outdoor cats). If they do happen to mate, the odds are higher that there will be genetic problems, but not absolute. I only know that in humans that odds of unrelated couples having problems are about 7%, first cousins have about 8% chance. Siblings I'm not sure about, but it is higher.

Well its like humans. Its like you having sex with your brother or sister. The genetics won't work out. The cats will be deformed and ill. Don't do it. Its not right and its disgusting.

in that case - no. the female WILL get pregnant if she isnt already.
apart from the problems interbreeding with brothers and sisters, she needs proper care during her pregnancy.

take them to the VET and get them SPAYED.

I'd advise against it, it just weakens the genetic stock.
