The international airport at Suvarnabhumi is the only airport offering international flights. From Prachinburi, you can travel down Nakon Nayok road into Rangsit, where you can get on the motorway and straight over to the airport.

Now getting from Prachinburi to Rangsit is another story. Could take a taxi, or you might be able to find one of those open back pickup trucks to take you for a flat rate. Negotiate carefully and you may get a good price. The bus is also an option depending on how much time you have to waste.

Unfortunately Prachinburi is quite aways away from the Airport and there is no direct connection from Prachinburi to any airport or airlines.

In Suvarnabhumi you will find low costs airlines Air Asia, Nok Air, Orient Thai 1 to go, and you have to investigate which has the cheaper fare to KL.

Train or other methods traveling through the 3 southern provinces of Thailand is not a good idea due to the insurgency and the amount of people getting killed everyday there.

take the bus to bangkok airport, some 100+ km and fly low cost airline to KL. You may choose to take the train from Bangkok to KL.
