Many many Fungi. Laminated Root rot, Armillaria, Fusiform Rust, White Pine Blister Rust, etc.

Plants.. I wouldnt say that they feed ON the tissue as much as they parasitize it and feed on the nutrients the tissue produces. Douglas Fir Dwarf Mistletoe is one such parasite.

Nematodes (round worms) feed on the roots of some trees and plants.

Many bacteria and virii infect cells of trees... but this is mostly on the photosynthetic ares (leaves) instead of the trunk or 'log'.
