fresh seasonal fruits, yougurt, a splash of juice in sparkling water. it's good to see a parent who cares about what the child eats!

one word of advise - don't withhold sugar completely either. otherwise your child will binge on sugar when you're not around. my kids have cookies and treats regularly and still ask for fresh fruits and vegetables (my 6 year old LOVES broccoli) every day.

And for dessert, according to possibility a fruit and yogurt parfait or some thing so as which you get all the nutrition communities in there.

"pillow and a blanket" make them go to bed!
but seriously
fresh fruit, like strawberries are a winner with my kids.
or try this, instead of buying a fruit salad that's already made. try having your kids make one with you. i promise they will love it, cause they actually helped make it and they will eat it cause they know what's in it. and they won't say "eeww".

Well if you want her to be really healthy - go for like a bowl of cold watermelon... or strawberries (and maybe cream)

I'd say jelly isn't that bad?
