I'm about 5'5" and I'm about 170 pounds. I have these horrible love handles that are completely disgusting! I usually only wear sweatshirts so they dont show. I was wondering what I could do to lose some weight. I really want to go swimming this summer and like this I sure as heck don't want to be seen in a swimsuit! I'm assuming I'd have to diet and excersise. What kind of diets actually work? And what exercises would actually do something for me? I was thinking walking everyday, but I'm not so sure if that will be enough. Any thoughts would be much appriciated. Thanks! :)
