You do not say which nationality you are, but anyway, you can only have one passport at a time unless you hold dual nationality, in which case you can have two passports.
Some countries have 100 page or 96 page passports which you can obtain instead of the usual 32 page passport. I would suggest you obtain one of these if possible. If you are travelling on a US passport, you can get extra pages put in at later times when necessary at any US embassy or consulate.

You need a current, valid passport, but you won't be issued two passports unless you're a dual citizen-that is, you hold citizenship in more than one country. Get the appropriate visas for living/working in the UK, and go there. You may need to renew your passport during your stay, if it is expiring-to do that you would need to contact the nearest embassy or consulate for your home country. You may need visas to visit some of the other countries you plan to visit, but to find that out you'll need to check on each one. When you're ready to move to Israel, you'll need to find out the appropriate visas, apply and recieve them, and then go.
