You stated you are a Christian, the answer should be apparent.

First be nice to them. ;-) Don't make them mad at you.
Next, you could have a home blessing. In my church and in the RC and Orthodox churches and probably others this is a common practice when one moves to a new place. You get the Priest and some friends from church and have a Blessing. The priest takes holy water on a sprig of evergreen and says a prayer and blessing over each room in the house. In mine we also had a house Eucharist as well. There is a special type of protection in a place where the Eucharist has been preformed.

Normally we pray for people, but I have read that we should not pray for someone doing Dark Magic or that is involved with Satan. Nothing bad will happen to you or your family, but something could happen to them. So do not pray for them. Do NOT 'witness' to them. Just let God deal with it. Get your house blessed. Go about your life and all will be well. Just be a non-entity to them. Fade into the background and they will not bother you. And it is true that you can 'think 'yourself into things. Listen to the one above me about the Psychological aspects too.

Magic spell? Well, the first thing you must do is to stop believing it. It works double if you do belive in it. Maybe it's time you and your family speak with your relative. If it doesn't work, then you might have to consult someone who knows about magic.

Psychology is a very powerful force. Sometimes, if you think somebody is casting spells on you, you begin to perceive random happenings as magic, even if it's just a fluke.

What sort of weird stuff is happening? Can you give us a better idea?

This sounds very "troll" like.

If true though, pray to God about it, and try not to pay any attention to it whatsoever. Seperate yourself and your family from it as best to your ability. I would say that maybe after praying about it you might try and witness to them, but this might not be God's will and just a waste of time (casting pearls upon swine).

are they practicing outside? or are you peeking in windows?

if they are practicing outside then take them some cookies,
introduce yourself, and ask in a respectful tone what their beliefs are. you will likely find out that they are Wiccan or Druidic in nature and are no threat to you. in fact they probably are inadvertently helping you by removing negative energy from the area.

this is an opportunity for you to break the stereotypes that are placed on your religion. once you get to know them you will probably find that aside from religious differances they are completly normal.

if you only know this because of what you see through window cracks, then forget it. pray to your god, and leave them alone, and they will leave you alone.

Have you ever talked to these neighbors before? Why not bring them a batch of cookies or something. Seriously, once you realize that they're just humans (albeit perhaps on the eccentric side), then your imagination won't get the better of you. It's your own fear that's causing you to see "weird things" happening when there isn't any.

Go to church and get the pew card that has prayer requests and fill it out ask everyone to pray over this situation. You'll find that Christ power is far greater than evil.

Put on the armor of God. What God recently showed me is that you need to keep each item of the armor fully functional.

Especially the breastplate of righteousness. Take a minute to look up the definition of righteousness in the Bible or in the dictionary (don't confuse it with self-righteousness, which is not righteous at all). Then seek God to show you how to develop those spiritual armor tools.

A friend once mentioned that we have only one weapon for attack in the spiritual armor and that is the word of God. It protects us and defends us against the enemy.

Satan in contrast uses the flesh, distractions and fear to keep us on our guard. His goal is to keep us from concentrating on God. When we become fearful, we stop focusing on god, but instead focus on the emotions. When we became Christians, we died to ourselves. So, God with God and let Him protect you.

Tonight, I'm praying for you to have perfect peace. Please pray that God will give you wisdom in how to protect your family Not through fear, but in knowing that you have a counselor and an advocate in Christ Jesus.

Your family should do the same. Devote time to building that relationship with God. It will strengthen your walk.
