find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Jogging or best to go for swimming everyday from now. Eat only bread daily for evey meal for a month.

run 1-2 miles, do some sit-ups,push-ups etc. every other day and eat some fruits and vegetables then BAM u should lose something close to it email me back in a month and tell me if it worked i would appreciate it ill add u to my contacts good luck peace

depends on what your normal diet is...i would say eat healthy and drink plenty of liquids. when your body is dehydrated it retains water and adds a good ten pounds sometimes

were like 4 sweat suits and jog 10 miles but take breaks if your feeling exaustted. every other day

low carbs. eat carbs before 1pm and don't eat after 9pm. drink water. NO SODAS or JUICES! that "Vitamin Water" brand is a good substitute!
Mind over matter. Think thin!

I watch alto of weight loss shows and I do know that u can eat Wat u like just in small amounts. Limit the Sugar Jog and exercise every day and give it Ur best effort. remember everyday Full effort.
