It's a pp enhancer.
I'm gonna go w/ it isn't at Walmart aside f/ the fact that it is a prescription medication... I think it has side cardiac side effects so you're supposed to do that whole "consult your physician" thing.

no it does not make you last longer. its a prescription pill you cant get it at wal-mart! try drinking you will last longer!
