Cbeta is right, you also use yest when in possession of something permanent like your brothers or your sister. Oo menya yest sistra. You can omit yest in things like money or something that can come and go.

Cbeta's response is the best - you can even add the infinitive of the verb 'to be', thus starting 'U menya yest 2 br . . .' Literally, both versions mean something like 'Belonging to me is/are 2 brothers . . .' It is the normal way of saying 'I have' in Russian when the 'have' refers to possession - not being used as an auxiliary verb.

I in basic terms desire to make sparkling something as I even have been at present interpreting the 08 yearbook which has a extensive area on Russia discussing the Soviet Union days. conferences won't end, they're going to easily be much less public. ebook printing won't end, it is going to easily be executed in private. Literature distribution and the preaching paintings won't end, it is going to easily be executed extra discreetly. There are few countries wherein our brothers better comprehend that no longer something can separate us from the affection of God!

You can actually skip the verb altogether in this case : U menya dva brata i odna sestra.
Whatever you do don't use imeyu.
