I think he's guilty. People don't normally commit suicide in front of strangers. If she had been suicidal that day, she wouldn't have gone to work then follow a millionare to his home just to do it. Severly depressed people commit suicide after having total breakdowns or just spiraling downward.

On the other hand if she had shot him then herself it would be more believable like in a gun fight or botched robbery. But that's too farfetched. She was shot in the face, the other women said he pointed a gun at their face too. There's a pattern here.

If he is convicted he'd probably only get probation due to his age, it wasn't premeditated and the fact that he's got good lawyers. It's all about money. If he's not convicted then it will be just like what happened to OJ. The family will still sue him for wrongful death.

Phil Spector will have to be convicted and hung soley situated at the terrible matters he did to rock and roll! Spector practically unmarried-handedly killed off avenue nook concord rock and roll together with his "wall of sound" rubbish. The guy is an abomination and I wish they positioned him thus far again into prison that they must pump air into him. You could have a lie detector experiment admitted into courtroom, however provided that each the defence and the prosecution conform to it. So that's probably not due to the fact it's both going to advantage one aspect or the opposite. Its now not a criminal offense to confess lie detectors, its simply an objectionable movement. And due to the fact Spector is responsible as sin he might not ever do what you ask besides.

He's definitely guilty of having a haircut unbecoming an American millionaire. He needs to get ahold of John Kerry's stylist, in the worst way.

Of course I think Phil Spector is guilty or innocent. As to which one? Dunno, I'm not a fan of MSM (main stream media) coverage of trials since they like to ignore anything that doesn't agree with the verdict they pre-decided is correct.

I'll leave it to the jury!

BTW, I've got no room to criticize anyones hairstyle ;-)
