My boyfriend works from 10 pm- 7 am and i pick him up and drop him off. I also go see him on his lunch break at 2 am, leaving me with only 4 hours of sleep (at best). When I try to sleep during the day, I feel guilty, because i feel like i should be out and doing things. He sleeps during the day, so I dont really get to spend any time with him until his days off. I have been suffering depression lately, and his parents and everyone i have talked to say its because i am bored and sitting around the house all day. I am out of the job, and dont really do much at all. I really dont have many friends, so theres only his family that i can talk to. Being depressed makes me sleep all day, so when I wake up, I try to take St. John's Wort to stay positive. Its just not working.
So, my question is, Is there any specific routines or advice i can follow to help me out of this slump? Someone Please Help!

Mandi B, Hon if you are going to follow his work time then follow his sleep time ! Health is everything. You can believe that cause I am disabled,
