Why can't the police ask if you are illegal? And if you are illegal then please by all means go down and file a complaint...we'll see you on the other side of the border once you have been deported for BREAKING THE LAW! If you are not illegal then why worry about them asking you, just show them your papers and be done with it.

i think of there must be different suggestions including helping unlawful immigrants. Mexicans do not immigrate to the U.S. because of the fact that is exciting, they're finding for a much better life - and that's what united statesa. became based on. Immigrants who circulate away they're properties in seek of a much better life. And regardless of the undeniable fact that Jan Brewer is the governor i don't see how he could have the right to do this to human beings, that is inhumane - extraordinarily thinking Arizona used to affix Mexico. Do you men understand what share American products are made outdoors of the U.S? so as that the corporate human beings could make some extra advantageous greenbacks. and then the human beings purchase it, screwed out of a job and nonetheless throws their money on the culprits. If all those jobs back there could be sufficient jobs to hire the two human beings and Mexicans. And do you recognize what share small cities have been bankrupt because of the fact a business enterprise desperate to close down the producing unit in that city - that's the place anybody interior the city labored. those offering the interest are consistently shifting to from side to side and out of the U.S. and that is all criminal. So how can a guy or woman reason maximum of unemployed human beings and nonetheless not be prosecuted yet a guy or woman finding for a much better life for his relatives finally end up "unlawful". unlawful is merely a word - does not substitute humanity. bear in mind - in case you're an American, then your loved ones historic previous includes human beings merely like the Mexicans attempting to discover a much better life.

In a consensual encounter the police can ask you anything you agree to answer; so yes they can ask if you are here illegally. Entrapment occurs when a police officer gives you the idea to break the law, being that you are already a criminal for being here illegally, it's a fair question.
If you care about rights, please care about our rights and report yourself to the INS and try to come here legally.

Used to be a cop here. Police can not ask you any incrementing questions at all. They will ask you a question that sounds incriminating like: so been drinking. Notice they don't ask what you have been drinking so you say: coke, tea, water etc. It's called verbal judo they teach it to you. If you have a complaint go to the police department where the actual cop is from and file a report. They have to by law follow up any complaint by a citizen.

Did they turn you over to ICE?
If you are illegal what makes you think you have the right to sue anyone anyway?
As to what you should do now - please go back to your country, you are breaking the law here.

You make a valid point. In a lot cities across America it is illegal to ask someone if they are in the country illegally. I think they might can ask if you are charged with a felony they are allowed to ask. But otherwise no they may not ask this. contact Hispanic Chamber Of commerce for further details. In a lot of places it is illeal like in Calif,Oakland,Houston. Ask Chamber Of commerce for help

First of all, learn our language if you intend to talk at all. Second of all, yes they can ask, what violation is that? Are you a citizen? I can tell you aren't by the way you talk so guess what, you don't have the same rights WE have. Call the attornies off and go back to your own country.
