well if you are sporting a turtle neck, make sure whenever you shower, pull back on the skin and massage with softly with soap.

This you posted in dental. Teeth brush them after every meal. If something else. Bathe everyday at least once. Use soap. Dry with a clean towel. Wash your hair once a day. Wear clean cloths. Use deodorant. If sexually active use condoms. And watch out for were you place your mouth. Make sure that it is clean and disease free. Okay with this advise you should be set.

OK..Do it the Dental way:
Use a toothbrush giving special attention to hard to reach areas, then floss between the you know what. If you wish you can gargle with an antiseptic mouthwash(I would love to see how you will do that).

soap and water is usually a good start. if its something physical or a weird smell, you may want to see a doctor. it's also good to get physicals on everything anyway.
