if you run and do sit ups, and lunges, weights will u c results in about how many weeks?

You'd have to give up the booze and that's just not at all possible. Sucks, but booze will bring you more happiness than 6 pack abs.

It will take several weeks to actually see the results that you want.
You must first lose the layer of fat that is sitting on top of your abs before you can see the muscle definition. Diet and exercise are just right for losing weight. You will be ripped before you know it.

well it depends i guess. if you have unneeded body fat then you will have to lose it before you see any muscle definition.....
do core strengthening exercises.
sounds like you've got things sorted so keep at it and you'll get your washboard abs eventually =]

it can takes weeks even moths, depending on you diet not just exercise.
