My husband and I were trying so it wasnt that much of a surprise but we were so happy. I couldnt help but cry. I wanted a baby so bad. Unfortunatly I had a still born baby girl about 2 months ago. Although she is not here to hold in my arms I still consider myself a mother....this will be my first mothers day as a mom. Hopefully by this time next year I will have a little one in my arms.

Well I have 3 children and was excited for each one!! We have 3 blessings!! There are some that can't even have any, which is a sin. So we should all be happy when we do get the wonderful news! If you not ready or don't want any children make sure you use protection!!

I'm perhaps the only woman on the planet (well, at least the only one I know of) whose husband knew she was pregnant first. We'd been trying to get pregnant for a few months and I'd taken a bunch of the 'test 5 days early' tests with all negatives. I guess I'd gotten a bit lazy in waiting long enough to for the test to develop, so I'd thrown that mornings into the trash and went to class (I was in college at the time). Just before class started my husband called me on the cell phone and said "Did you even read this test because it says you're pregnant?" So I had to sit in classes for a few hours just thinking about that (and knowing that it had been read after the recommended period of time so who knows if it was right or not) before going home and taking four--yes four--more that all came up positive. But then of course came the happy tears and joy.

Second pregnancy I just took one test--but still happy tears and joy.

I took a dollar store test first. Hubby and I checked it together and there was the faintest of lines. My husband asked if that meant positive, and I just started screaming, "a line's a line!!!!" I then took another brand test, which was also positive. But I'm cynical, so I took yet another brand home test, which was also positive. We just screamed and hugged each other, crying.
I called the fertility doctor and told them, and the said to come in for a blood test. When I got there, they told me congratulations. I said not to say that yet, because I wanted a blood test to confirm. The doctor said, "if you got 3 home test positives, you're having a baby." I just broke down and cried.

I was so happy! With my 2yr old, I found out the day before mother's day. called my husband {who is a truck driver and he was on the road} and told him he'd have to pick up a mother's day card for me. I was elated, he thought I was joking!

With this baby {I'm pregnant now} I was really excited. I still am. I just keep thinking that my son will make the perfect big bro, and I can't wait for them to meet. He alredy kisses my belly and knows that that is where his brother is.

i was happy when i found out i was pregnant. i've always wanted to have kids. my boyfriend was happy too. but i was also scared and nervous. but i wouldn't change things, i love being a mom. my lil boy was born 4-24 and i consider it the best mother's day gift i could ever have even though he was born a few weeks before mother's day. he's the best thing that's ever happened to me.

When the Dr. told me..I left the office, drove thru a red light..was so schocked, because my husband was supposed to be unable to father children because of the v. nam war. When I told him ,he threw a big can of hardware at my back, he said I must have cheated on him. Until he saw my son look and act like him,he said nothing to say he was sorry for saying that,,my heart's been so hurt for aling time..
