At the end of the day he is still a man so the same rules for "other" men apply for white men too... You will just have to be a little more patient to find a accepting , open minded white man who is also attracted to black females. Perhaps be friendlier to let him know you too would be open to dating a white man . Be picky and wait for a decent , RESPECTFUL man not just any white man.
Also please remember "dogs come in all colors" so just cause he's white it doesn't automatically mean he will treat you better than other raced men.

I can sort of relate because I am a white man attracted to women of color. I have found that there are some women to whom it doesn't matter and others who can't see themselves with a person of a different race, and I suspect it works both ways. However, I have also found that we are all much, much more alike than different. Most everyone has the same feelings, fears, desires, etc. So I would advise you, once you meet a guy, just try to connect with him as a fellow human. So, where to meet? Possibly the same or similar places anyone might go to meet someone. Maybe a church with a mixed congregation. Doing volunteer work is always a good way to meet someone and it casts you in a good light :). I happen to work with a lot of black women and I socialize with them and meet their friends-so if you have a white friend or coworker, make your feelings known and engage in socializing with them. I am from Alabama, which hasn't always been exactly progressive in matters of race, but I think you'll find the taboos are fading and that love is what matters in the end. I, for one, would love to meet someone just like you!

I have a great suggestion for you...This site I found, it's called, "meetup.com", where there are nationwide groups that cater to your interests, and to your location. You can meet soooo many people this way, there are a LOT of scheduled social functions! Check it out, I'll post the link below.

Another option, is--now that you're 21, and of age, you could go out to a night club, and go up and introduce yourself to a guy you find attractive, see what he says...Ya never know unless you try!

The last option would be personal ads..The big convenience of these, is that your ad tells upfront what you are about, and what you are seeking..Then you can see who responds....Perhaps there are other white men on there that are seeking a woman like you!! I know of an absolutely free site you can try if you'd like...I'll post the link 2nd down below.

GOOD LUCK!!

Stay out of black clubs, try some new things, I have met a lot of white men on Yahoo, can't say I like them, though.....

Go to the museum, and or art galleries, take up jogging, a lot of white guys like black women.

If all else fails look your best, and when you see a cute white guy and you think he is single, smile and say hello and ask him a question.....example if you see him in the grocerey store ask him if he knows how to cook? if he says no, then ask him then why are you in the store?

Or look you best, and put on a short dress, or shorts.. not too short... you still want too look like a nice girl.. raise the hood of your car up, and put your finger in your mouth like you are lost and don't know where to put water or oil in your car, this always works, and if a black guy ask you if you need help tell no you have already called somebody.

If you like, go to a driving range and learn to hit some golf balls, lots of white guys there, attend college ball games, they are there too.
I wish I were about 40 years younger:) I've always wanted to date a black girl and could not figure out how to meeet one years ago. But it would be much easier today.
Good luck

I'm a 27 year old white male and have always been attracted to black women, but they never seem interested in me. I would suggest showing interest in someone that you think you might have an interest in and I'm sure he'll warm right up to you.

p.s. Can I get your number...lol ;-)
