I don't think it makes a difference, ask a hair stylist, but I have heard wearing your hair in ponytails all the time can give you split ends too.

I believe the answer to that question is NO....your grows
about a half an inch a month. Actually putting your hair
in a ponytail all night is not such a good idea because
you are putting strain on your scalp and may cause a
bit of hair loss unless you tie it up loosely. Vitamins for
hair and skin could possibly cause a somewhat more
rapid hair growth. Your hair grows faster in the hot
summer months. Try a shampoo called Nourishhair that
feeds the hair follicles.

No! Does your hair grow fast when it is shorter? There is a type of optical illusion when people with long hair try to grow their hair longer. It seems like their hair isn't growing or it has stopped growing. In reality your hair is still growing at the same pace when it was shorter. It is just with short hair you can see the progress better than on long hair.

Woman say that when they take prenatal vitamins that their hair grows quicker, but I would think that any good vitamin regiment would do the same

Well a ponytail doesn't make your hair grow faster with a ponytail.

Um, no. Hair on familiar grows a million/2 an inch each and each month. Or speedier or slower. It relies upon on the nutrition your physique gets as nicely and how in shape your hair folicles and ends are. It has absoluetly not something to do with the actuality which you wore your hair up. EDIT; Angela ok is right as nicely.

I would doubt it.
How fast your hair grows is generally genetic I've heard.

If anything I'd think wearing your hair in a ponytail consistantly at night would cause breakage, not growth.

Hair loss affects both men and women. Here are some natural remedies that can help boost hair growth: https://bitly.im/aMMi7 While genetics plays a role, there are other factors, including: hormonal imbalances, an underactive thyroid gland, nutrient deficiencies and insufficient scalp circulation.

No. In fact wearing it in a ponytail too often will damage your hair.

dont sleep with it up, that will break your hair, but if you braid it, it helps make it grow longer, so wear it braided at night with the elastic at the end of the braid, trust me-id know, having hair rip off from where your ponytail ends sucks-butt!!!! so if you braid it, yes, it can help!!!
