None of them live in the same town, so we cannot "split" equal time with all of them.

You can show all of them how much you appreciate and love them. Your mom should be at the top of your list. She gave birth to you and raised you to be the man you are today and this enables you to be a good father to your own children and teach them the things your mother taught you. Your grandmother should be next because she brought your mother into the world and that enabled you to be born and meet your wife and have children together. Your wife is important in your life because she brought your children into the world, your children should make sure your wife is the their priority on Mothers Day because that will make her proud to know she has the best kids around because they made her feel special on her day.

Send your grandmother a floral arrangement and a very nice card. Send your mom a gift certificate to a day spa - she will love it! Call both of them on Sunday and wish the a great day. And for your wife, a nice champagne brunch and some romantic time.

There is no reason not to wish all the women in your life a Happy Mothers Day!!

Try your best to do something special for all three of them. Your Mom is probably number one BUT your wife should be a very close tie. (Grandmother is also important) I am a Mom and I believe the one that would be hurt the most if you do not put her first is your wife. (have the kids make her something or bring her breakfast in bed) Hard decision though...best of luck to you!

P.S. try to imagine how you would feel about this on Father's Day

well ..... i was going to say they "all" need to have percedence since each of them are mothers. but you cant be with all at once and im sure that your Grandmother and Mother would be just as happy to get a phone call from you and their grandchildren to wish them a happy mothers day and to be told how much they are loved and appreaciated.
we mothers are understanding and know how it is to be pulled in more than one direction at a time.
