Water can be found in streams, rivers, lakes, oceans, ponds, in your sink, in your toilet, in your dogs water bowl ect. Water is everywhere. You cannot make water at home. Water consist of two parts oxygen and one part hydrogen. The recipe you say? I ask why are we asking how to make water when there's already so much around us.
