Call your local agency and they can answer all these questions. How are we supposed to know what state you are in and what the laws are there.

I first have to ask if you've been married, are still married or if the father's name is on the birth certificate? Those things will make a difference. If he's not on the birth certificate, then paternity has to be established through court. If it is, you've saved yourself a huge headache. If you are married and separated, you are going to have to file legal papers and they automatically issue a child support order. Now, if you aren't married, the easiest way to get child support is NOT online honey. That list is ten miles long. The quickest way to do it is to drag his butt into court in the county you live in. It'll cost you a total of about $100 for filing fees and server fees, but if you go to your state's website, all the papers are on there and you can download them for free. Or if you are in dyer need for financial help, go on public assistance, they'll track him down and make him pay for you.
Hope that helps you out some.

you applied online? That is interesting. In my county you have to go to court, and get a court order in order to get child support. You can get a certain order to get the money right from the pay check too. So what you probably should do is call your county to see if you have a case established there. If not then you need to start there and then proceed.

If the daddy is at the back of in his infant help then he will experience the whole wrath of the courtroom by fact he's in contempt of the Order of help. that should recommend that the daddy would be put in penal complex or have his wages related so as that he will pay the present help order and a few quantity on the arrears until eventually his back help is paid in finished on an identical time as the present order is being complied with. there is not any rationalization which you would be afraid. you will merely propose the courtroom as to what you're doing to make some money and since the infants are in school in the process the day you would be waiting to only artwork area-time in any experience. the daddy won't be able to declare what he stated .. on the grounds that he's flying interior the face of the courtroom order. Be reliable .. it's going to only be a clean adventure - no longer something to be frightened of.

Contact your local Child and Family Services office. But I am pretty sure that you need a court order before support will be honored.

No i just went through this entire process and JUST started receiving support after 16 months after filing,
What you need to do is go to your local Family Services center, and apply there,
And just take it one step at a time from there, and keep on them about it, call every so often, Child support division is the MOST unorganized in the government they are slow, and terrible,
But once you file, Keep on them, Let them know you mean business,,
It will take awhile.

No you don't need an order. Contact your local child support office and they will do the DNA test there and once that is established, you will get an Administrative Order as to what support you will be awarded.

It is a court order in most countries. It is a long time ---so I would be in direct contact with the court to verify they have your form and ask for your contries procedures. May have a site on line that has that as well. If you can hire an attorney that would be best.

you need to go into the office, APPLY tell them you applied online, and you need help find out your workers name and call them every week until it starts. ALSO according to your state, you can go to the OFFICE OF FAMILY SUPPORT also called the food stamp office and tell them your situation, they have many diffrent programs that they may be able to help, and then he'd have to repay them, then they do all the work for you, they'll take him to court. good luck because that is a tuff situation , i know, but you need to follow up with everyone you talk to that will get you the results, be nice though , you'll get alot more accomplished

You should contact your local child support enforcement agency for assistance at little or no cost. If you have already applied, contact them and ask the status of your case. If they are not answering your questions, contact your state office of child support enforcement or governor's office.
