Not the right item for boosting intake pressures. And trying to make a belt and pulleys to drive the blower. Pontiac superchargers are made by Eaton. And good luck finding a S ported blower for anything less than $800. S porting is essential for lot's of boost at low RPM. That is torque and will steer that Neon right into the ditch. Your Torque steer will be hard to control and spark knock will burn away the piston tops.

The SE never had the 3.4. Only the 3.1 or the 3.8. Even if it has the 3.8, you will just be better off selling your car and buying a GTP that was built to actually handle the S/C. Besides the engine mods you'll need to make, you'll also need a new PCM. Don't do it.

not like it is it wont work on it,you could fabricate all the adapters and make it work but then it would be a lot cheaper to just buy the right one for it,it would be a lot cheaper that way ,today we are only limited on what we can do by money,if we have enough of it,we can make anything work, good luck hope this helps.

with the right tools and know how and money you can make anything fit. weigh the cost of fabrication of parts to get this thing to work, to the cost of an aftermarket kit. then go from there

Does not sound cost effective, with all of the adapters that you would have to buy.
