My mother actually did the same thing. My home situation was very poor because of her, and relatives wanted to take my brother and I away from her but she responded by moving across the country and far from them all. I don't know much, but your best bet is to talk to a social worker at school.
If your reason for requesting emancipation is valid, they may be able to help you.

Woa honey, emancipation is only allowed if you are at least 16, have a job, can prove that you can provide for yourself, etc. However, if there are friends and family willing to take you in, go. But don't just run away. Be smart about this and enlist the help of those who are trying to get you to live with them, preferably a blood relative. Then have them petition the court on your behalf to have you reside with them. If you are of at least 12/13 the courts will hear your case, investigate the situation by appointing a guardian adlitem (your own lawyer) and a social worker. If you are around 15, they'll pretty much let you decide because they know if they don't, you are going to go either way and they'd rather see you in a safe place than out on the streets. In truth, unless there is abuse or neglect, it'll take a few months.
I wish I had a magic wand to make it all better, but these things take time, and if you think emancipation is quicker, think again. That'll be tied up in court for a long time (courts don't like to rule on that one). If this needs to be done sooner, contact your school guidance counselor, they'll help get you started in the right direction. I wish you the best..and keep your chin up. This is just a small part of your life...it does get better.

In order to be emancipated you have to be able to earn a living and take care of yourself and all your expenses. Check on line what the rules are in your state. If she is abusing you, contact an agency and report her.

Call your local DA office to find out if you can file the papers yourself, or call the nearest law school for counsel, mostly it's free. If your under 16, they can let you know your rights.

to be emancipated you have to have a job, a place of your own to live, (not with a friend, relative or BF), and be able to live alone...
