You should consider how this is going to look when you're 40 and trying to find a decent job.

First of all, 14 to a 8 is quite a big step.
You shouldn't have skipped 10.
How fast did you go to each?
It's best to wait AT LEAST a month before going up a size.
I'd advise you not to go to a 4 for a while.
As for the bleeding...
Keep your ears clean.
H2Ocean is amazing and can be found at Hot Topic, or most any piercing shop. It's basically purified sea salt water in aerosol form.
Or you can just mix salt water yourself and use a q-tip to soak your ears. That's really the best thing for it, because if you use soap it will dry your ears out.
Maybe you should think about going back to an 8 and let your ear heal, then move back to a 6 after some time.

Anyways, hope I helped.

If you have bleeding at the ear, please go to the ER to get it checked out, and see if anything was punctured or whatnot. At least phone your dr and ask the 'answering service' (if he or she has one) for the dr to call you back.

first off, it's "gauge"
second, you shouldnt have skipped two sizes
take it out, go back down to a 14 or risk blowing your ear out
