It is stamped with a National Wild Turkey Federation stamp and is probably 15 years old, but in good condition. It also says it is 2 3/4 & 3" and has Winchoke.

Depending on what you mean by "good condition", that shotgun should bring anywhere from $200.00 to $275.00. If it's showing a lot of finish wear or any dings or scrapes, deduct about $20.00 from the above figures.

1300's are very smooth, and are among the fastest cycling pump action shotguns available.

I have one in a 20 and i got it a couple months ago for $200. Id say they can range from that to about $300 depending on condition. IF it is sratched and dinged, it isnt worth $300. If it has all three of the original chokes, you can get more. I love my winchester and am never going to get rid of it, and the value is just going to go up because winchester quit making guns.
