You mean that our government hasn't tried to deceive us?
When President Clinton was in Kosovo, our present president said that we NEEDED an exit strategy and timetable, yet he is scornful of such demands on the present campaign. We were told that this was a just war, but every premise for entering the war has been disproved and shown to be a lie.
Soldiers are told that they will spend only one tour in Iraq, then two ... when will this end?
Soldiers are told that they will be cared for if injured, yet many are not. For some, it takes years to be compensated for disabilities.
We are told that we have freedom of speech, yet every day more and more limits are placed upon it.
We are told that we are free from investigation without warrant. This has been shown tto be blatantly false.
People are placed on "no-fly" lists for speaking their minds. People are branded terrorists for sending a letter written on a table on which they were baking. (Flour found on a letter landed a woman in jail for causing alarm).
Our liberties are being eroded and lies used to support that erosion. I wonder if Christians actually do see this.

The US Gov has already deceived the US many times for sure. That goes for any country. Christians generally tend to be less tolerant so I'd say they'd be more cautious.

Us Christians knew Clinton was telling lies. We had him figured out before the heathens did.
