How can you join Youth For Christ (community based)?

I may have found a Youth for Christ group from Pampanga in Yahoo! Groups. .
It has messages as current as yesterday. Some of the messages are not in English but the site may help.

If that fails, try going into a local church or convince a friend to do it for you if you are shy.
