You don't really start to figure out what makes you tick until your mid to late 20's. In the meantime, travel, talk to as many different kinds of people as you can, read on all kinds of subjects, become an educated interested person. You will start to find things that hold your interest more and figure out who you are and what you are about. Don't let someone else tell you that for you--only you can figure out you.

There isn't one single thing that's "you" and remains you throughout the rest of your life. Life is a continuous learning process. You're not going to figure it all out in one afternoon. And even then, your answers change over time. Even people who go to college and get degrees in specific areas don't always end up doing that exact thing for a living. I'm certainly not the same person I was 20 years ago, in some ways.
One thing I would strongly recommend is to not define yourself as one particular thing at any give time. In other words, don't put all of your identity and validation into one label, whether that's a religion, an ethnicity, a music subculture, a position on the sports team, etc. It's fine to find SOME indentity in any of these things, but don't put all your eggs in one basket. Figure out what you like and where your talents are, and devleop them further.
Also, be wary of people who claim to have the answer to all of life's problems. They prey on people who are unsure so that they can win converts.

Try a variety of different things/activities and find out what you like to do the most. Once you find that, you can set goals for yourself. As for who you are, I don't know if there is one sure method of finding that out, but try to be who or what you want to be, don't let others tell you who you are, only you can decide. You can consult your parents, friends, or even teachers/school people you trust if you really want to, a religious leader can help too if there is one you know and trust. Trust yourself and don't worry, you'll figure it out eventually. Good luck in High School.

It's only through life's lessons that you will find I who you are. As a teen, I didn't have a clue. It's hard to be patient, but it's worth it. This is a good time for you to listen as many different points of view as possible. That will help you to form your own opinions. Best of luck to you.

I still don't know who I am. Everyday I am constantly finding out new things about myself, learning and growing. I rely upon Jesus to provide my needs, and He has!!!
You know who you want to be, everyone wants to be things they are not. Especially in high school. My advice is to just seek God and seek the truth. You don't have to worry about what/who you are/will become. Let God handle that!

It comes with time and experience. You normally know who you don't want to be first.
Eventually, you will find your niche and be comfortable in it. Join some clubs that you think you are interested in, this is a good start.

I have tried to follow my curiosity. We are our thoughts. We find out who we are by answering our questions. When we find out what interests us, what makes us happy, what fulfills us, that is how we find out who we are.
Experience much. The more you experience, the better your idea of who you are, will come to being.

It'll find you soon enough, don't rush it.
There is a quote I love by Ghandi, "The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others."
Do good things, help others, do what you're passionate about now, things will work themselves out.
