The Bible states that Christ will come ONCE, not two, three or even four times like the pre-mil dispensationalist "rapturists" think. When He comes, the whole world will know at that exact time and folks won't just be "whooshed" away in some private rapture. This is hokey doctrine that wasn't even invented until the mid 1800's by some guy named Darby and was popularized in the early 1900's Penecostal movement, who then wrote the "Scofield Reference Bible" which is still popular today and contain all sorts of footnotes stating "rapturist" theory. Then it took the Protestant world by storm in the 70's when "The Late Great Planet Earth" was published and now with Tim LaHaye's "Left Behind" series. We also have a bunch of TV ministers like John Hagee and Benny Hinn that keep shoving this nonsense down our throats, and that doesn't help the folks who don't know any better. This theory is totally un-Biblical and relies on wacky interpretations. Go with what Christians have always believed, that Jesus will come once and for all, and we will not know when. The dispensationalists keep rolling the end of the world to new and elaborate dates.

They don't want religious people to realize that "The End" has been prophesied since Biblical Times and it always has been a false prophesy. Evangelists are taught in Bible School to use it to scare people and then provide them with a cure for the fear that they have installed. They are never held accountable for all of their "End Day" predictions that have been false. They have been scaring people for thousands and thousands of years. Try asking Pat Robertson or Billy Graham about their false prophesies of "The End", from the 60's, 70's, 80's 90's, etc, etc.

I believe in the pre-trib rapture of the church, and the pre-mil
return of Christ to planet earth.

Christ's Second Coming is in two parts, as was His First Coming:

the first part of the Second Coming is the pre-tribulation "Rapture" of the universal church, which is His body and bride, before God's wrath is poured out during the Great Tribulation, known as Daniel's 70th Week and the Time of Jacob's Trouble, in which God will be primarily dealing with the nation of Israel again.

the second part of the Second Coming is
Christ's visible, literal, personal return after the Tribulation to
set up His visible, literal one thousand year reign on the earth..
